We had a fabulous time. The place was fairly clean with free parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The rooms were appropriate with a comfortable design, plus the bathroom was good. The service here was excellent. Location: the hotel was near several restaurants and pubs, gardens and Callander and the Trossachs.

Warm and welcoming hosts made our romantic escape an enjoyable experience. the room was pristine, and the breakfast was delicious, highlighting local ingredients. the location, only a short walk from town, was perfect for exploring the Highlands and nearby attractions.
We experienced a lack of flexibility with our check-out time, as we fell ill with food poisoning from an offsite restaurant. It would have been appreciated to have been shown a little more consideration and understanding, given the circumstances.

Set in the picturesque area of the Trossachs, this guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. With plenty of parking available on site, it's convenient for those travelling by car. the host, Evelyn, is known for providing great recommendations on places to visit, ensuring that guests get the most out of their stay. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy lounge area where guests can relax and mingle with fellow travelers.
The behavior of the owner, as reported by some guests, may put a damper on the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely and welcoming overnight stop on our journey to and back from Skye. The room was bright and airy, and the breakfast, especially the scrambled egg and smoked salmon, was superb. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with suggestions and lending us road maps. Despite some minor drawbacks like a dated bathroom and a short bed, the outstanding hospitality and fantastic breakfast made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
